For 25 years, The North County African American Women’s Association (NCAAWA), has been committed to the growth and well-being of women and girls in Northern San Diego County. NCAAWA was thoughtfully organized to celebrate multicultural and intergenerational uniqueness, and to explore the beauty and strength of our culture.
The Women’s Conference is a community staple that appeals to women of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities, seeking to improve their position in life. Workshops cover sundry topics including personal finance, professional development,health and wellness, spirituality, technology, and more. In addition, the Conference features a stylish marketplace where artisans showcase a splendid array of works.
We seek to bring together dynamic women and powerful presenters for an inspirational experience that engages women in our community for a day of learning, growth, and relationship-building. This Year's title, Sisters Soaring,embodies NCAAWA’s mission to support women by empowering them in the areas of business, education, health, overall well-being, and life skills.
