Membership with the NCAAWA is open to people of all ages who live in the North San Diego County and surrounding areas who wish to participate actively in the mission and objectives of the organization.

May serve on event and program committees as chairperson or member; eligible to nominate and vote for Officers of the Board; may serve as an Officer of the Board upon election to the Board.
Invited to attend all meetings and activities. May serve on event and program committees as a member.
Anyone enrolled in high school, college, grad student, vocational, and/or ROP. Invited to attend all meetings and activities. May serve on event and program committees as a member.

"As a member with NCAAWA over 12 years, I have found an organization of selfless women who nurture the spirit and dreams of girls and women of color through scholarship funding. There is an art to knowing and being yourself. I believe you need to experience the lives of others to be your most honest, generous, emphatic and imaginative self . Your purpose is then defined. I do this by being a member of NCAAWA which cultivates self worth, self esteem and empowers women to be leaders of their own lives. When this happens it becomes a platform for these women to in turn contribute to many lives, community and our world. I encourage you to become a member and experience a diverse group of women whose friendships will enhance your life and those of our community".
