The North County African American Women’s Association, now in its 23rd year, has been committed to women in the Oceanside and North County areas of San Diego. The organization was formed to celebrate multicultural and intergenerational uniqueness, and to explore the beauty and strength of our culture.   

The 2018 conference theme “LIVE WELL” builds upon NCAAWA’s long standing mission: To support women by empowering them in the areas of business, education, health and life skills.  

This conference is designed to appeal to a broad range of women including teens, young adults, women of various backgrounds and ethnicities; seeking to improve their position in life.  You too, may enjoy our informative keynote speaker, and interactive workshops.  The workshops feature: Work ~Balance, Financial Planning, Life & Spiritual Wellness, Personal Empowerment, and Professional Development.

Our shopping area is outside and called “The Market Place”.  The conference is Saturday, March 3, 2018, 8:00-3:00 at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056.  We are expecting over 300 ladies and girls from North San Diego County.

The cost to participate as a vendor is $100.00.  That entitles you to:

VENDOR INFORMATION

  1. Registration and check must be received by February 7, 2018.  Mail check payable to NCAAWA to Janetha Bailey-Long, 5215 Silver Bluff Drive, O’side., CA 92057
  2. You may start setup between 7:00-7:30 as the conference begins a t 8:00.  Late setup may result in forfeiting your space.
  3. Your name and location of your table will be on a chart as you enter the building as well as on your table.
  4. Take down will begin at 3:00. Please, no early take down!  
  5. All items must be suitable for family viewing.
  6. Absolutely no pets, smoking, small children, or incendiary products allowed.
  7. You are responsible for setup, take down and cleanup of your table area.  There are no volunteers to provide assistance.
  8. No refund after February 12, 2018.
  9. Some guests will shop before the conference begins and during breaks.  However, all guests will have an opportunity to shop from 11:00-11:50 and throughout the day.
  10. Parking and unloading information will be sent later.

Our organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken items.
