An email signature is text, like your contact information or a favorite quote, that’s automatically added at the end of Gmail messages as a footer.
You can put up to 10,000 characters in your signature.
Open Gmail.In the top right, click Settings
In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box.
TOO ADD THE OFFICIAL NCAAWA Email Signature, copy and paste the information in this document into the signature field. After you have copied this information, edit the name, email, title and or and phone number that you need. DO NOT EDIT THE EMAIL SIGNATURE FIELD INSIDE THE DOCUMENT AS EVERYONE IS COPYING FROM IT!!!!!
Then click Save Changes.
Be sure to click the box underneath the signature field that says, "Insert this signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it."
