Email Access - Logging In

Email for NCAAWA is managed through G Suite. Your @nccawa.org email is a GMAIL ADDRESS and operates in the SAME WAY a regular Gmail account does.

To login into your NCAAWA email:

  1. Go to Gmail.com
  2. Type in your email, firstname@ncaawa.org (if you have the same name as someone, it will be first name, last initial)
  3. Type in your password - if you cannot remember your password, select FORGOT PASSWORD and reset, or submit a password reset request by using the ticketing system below on this page. A new password will be sent to you within 4 hours by an administrator.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

1. Access your NCAAWA directly through Gmail, and NOT through a third party application like Apple Mail or Mac Mail

2. Download the GMAIL APP and access your mail from that app. When adding the NCAAWA account to your phone, you are adding a GOOGLE ACCOUNT (GMAIL). For a list of apps to download, click here.

3. Download Google Chrome and access your mail in the Google Chrome browser. You can do that by clicking here.

When submitting a support ticket remember:

‍1.) ONE ISSUE PER TICKET
2.) Don't try to stick all your tasks in one ticket. More tickets with tinier tasks is better than one ticket with several tasks.
