Market Place Vendors

Invitation

You are cordially invited to participate as a Vendor at the next North County African American Women’s Association (NCAAWA) Women's Conference TBA.  Our shopping area is inside and called “The Market Place”.

The cost to participate as a vendor is $75.00.  That entitles you to:

  • 1 table (8 ft x 19ft)  & 2  chairs
  • 1 Lunch (Add an additional $25.00 for an assistant who wants lunch.)
  • Name and business listed in program

Market Place Vendor Information

  1. Registration and check must be received by TBA.  Mail check payable to NCAAWA.
  2. No refund after TBA
  3. You may start setup between 7:00-7:30 as the conference begins at 9:00.  Late setup may result in forfeiting your space.
  4. Your name and location of your table will be on a chart as you enter the building as well as on your table.
  5. Take down will begin at 3:15.  Please, no early take down!  We must be out of the building by 4:00.
  6. All items must be suitable for family viewing.
  7. Absolutely no pets, smoking, small children, or incendiary products allowed.
  8. You are responsible for setup, take down and cleanup of your table area. There are no volunteers to provide assistance.
  9. Guests will shop before the conference begins and during breaks.  However, all guests will have an opportunity to shop specifically from 11:50-12:30 and at the end of the day.
  10. The arrival court is for unloading off TBD. Parking volunteers will be available for directions.

Our organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken items.

  • NCAAWA will provide marketing but please assist by telling your friends and clients about our conference.
  • You are requested to donate an item for our raffle.

Medical Vendors

You are cordially invited to participate as a Vendor at the next North County African American Women’s Association (NCAAWA) Women's  Conference TBA.   The tables (8 ft x 19 in) are inside at a location called “The Market Place”. Our organization will be providing 1 table, 1 tablecloth, 2 chairs and 1 complimentary lunch.  Each additional assistant’s conference fee will cost $25.00 per person.

  11. We will provide marketing for the conference.  Please assist by telling your clients about our event.
  12. Please consider providing flyers, pens, and or “freebees” for our conference bags.  We will need 285-300 prior to the conference.
